PHASE ONE: SURVEY

Develop customized survey with client input to gather data points related to location, use and obstacles associated with proposed charging stations. Examples:​

  • Collect data on current ownership of EV

  • Willingness to purchase EV if charging stations are available

  • Potential obstacles to purchasing EV

  • Amount of usage for proposed stations

  • Location preferences, pricing preferences, willingness to use stations and timelines for purchase of EV if not currently owned

  • What other offerings would EV owners want to see co-located or near the stations

  • Perceptions on importance of stations – reasons? How do they view Coops for this investment?

 Survey Distribution​

  • Link to electronic survey distributed to members by coops

  • Link to electronic survey shared on utility's social media

  • Hard copies at service locations if needed

  • Targeted Social Media options if needed

PHASE TWO: REPORT
  • Deliverable - one master report for the entire Utility territory to include survey findings and executive summary

  • Recommendations on at least one potential location within each of the service territories

  • Recommendations on potential co-located or nearby offerings
