The GSG Labor Engagement Consultation is a comprehensive data-driven approach to driving employee engagement. It is designed for businesses and organizations large or small. It has 4 modules: Asses, Spark, Inspire and Sustain.
The Assess Module is an employee survey that uses the Gallup Q12™ proprietary survey. This survey has been used with over 25 million employees. It has been distilled to 12 scientifically formulated questions. These questions were consistently answered affirmatively by top engaged employees. GSG will assist in the implementation of the survey and provide a report of the results.
The Spark Module is designed to establish foundational elements of labor engagement. It builds on the Q12™ management principles for your organization. It also focuses on the creation of you corporate “why”. Which is a core component of the Q12™ culture and is often not properly formulated. Then it interactively educates to top level management on the Q12™ cultural goals needed to establish the overall engagement strategy.
The Inspire Module is designed to inspire management with interactive educational sessions. It teaches the principles of the Q12™ engagement strategy. Management is responsible for 70% of the engagement level within every organization. So we will also engage in interactive discussions about the challenges of implementation. The inspiration module can also be extended to training to the team and staff level.
The Sustain Module is designed to maintain focus on the Q12™ engagement strategies. Like our brains, organizations require focusing to achieve growth. This module consists of internet based educational materials and optional in-person coaching.
